Tim Iverson, Vice President – Sales
Mr. Iverson has 30 plus years of experience in the Food Industry. Classically trained by Cargill out of college in Commodity Trading, that experience led to a career in selling commodity related products/services for Cargill, ADM and Barry Callebaut. Mr. Iverson also brings 12 plus years of experience at Director level positions in Contract Manufacturing at Kellogg’s and Wrigley managing both regional and global teams. Managed department budgets that exceeded $500 million in direct spend. Developed and implemented global manufacturing contracts while at Wrigley along with extensive international business travel.
Experience: Mr. Iverson brings extensive experience setting up contract manufacturing relationships, as well as managing and writing contracts, using broad based negotiation skills. He has taught value based sourcing, using several models to evaluate and establish contract manufacturing relationships and is trained in global quality management. Iverson played a key role in the implementation of SAP in procurement at both Kellogg and Wrigley’s contract manufacturing departments. A key member of the Innovation team at Keebler/Kellogg’s, Mr. Iverson advised and assisted in determining locations and methods for the production of new products, enabling speed to market and cost management.
