Greg Schweitzer, Vice President – Sourcing
Greg Schweitzer leads our Ingredients and Raw Materials practice. Greg has worked extensively as a senior-level procurement, supply chain, CSR and risk management executive in the food processing and agribusiness industry and has an extensive history of leading a variety of sourcing efforts, a strong record of building high-performing teams and executing innovative and game-changing business strategies. Greg has a wealth of expertise in the food processing and the packaged goods industry at Sara Lee, Hillshire Brands where he served as Chief Procurement Officer and Tyson Foods.
Greg received a BS degree in Agriculture Economics and Commodity Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law.
